By accessing or using the CommentSticker website and tools, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

CommentSticker provides a free, browser-based suite of social media tools including: a comment sticker generator, batch generator, question finder, comment templates library, script generator, hashtag generator, font generator, caption generator, engagement rate calculator, comment picker, and giveaway picker.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

3. Permitted Use

You may use the CommentSticker tools for:

• Creating social media comment overlay graphics for personal or commercial use
• Generating video ad creatives for legitimate advertising campaigns
• Educational and tutorial content creation
• Personal creative projects and content production

4. Prohibited Use

You may NOT use the CommentSticker tools to:

• Create content intended to deceive, defraud, or mislead in a harmful manner
• Impersonate specific real individuals without their consent in a defamatory or harmful context
• Create content that violates the terms of service of any social media platform
• Generate content for harassment, cyberbullying, or malicious purposes
• Reproduce, distribute, or sublicense the tool itself as a competing service

5. Intellectual Property

The CommentSticker website, its code, design, and original content are owned by CommentSticker and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The social media platform UI templates are used for commentary, criticism, and educational purposes under the doctrine of fair use.

Content you create using our tools (the exported PNG files) is yours. You retain full ownership and the right to use them commercially.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CommentSticker shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from the use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service (which is zero, as our tools are free).

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
